A planning and listed building consent was obtained for the change of use to residential of this former Grade II listed building. Situated within a Conservation Area, the building had been unoccupied for a number of years and was sympathetically restored and refurbished to provide 12 apartments and associated parking.

Planning consent was obtained for two retail units, one being a convenience store, on the ground floor of a multi-storey residential building, The smaller unit has been let to an independent wellness studio and the convenience store to Tesco Express. The long leasehold of the Tesco Express was subsequently sold to a UK investor.
